Inspired by the Nordic approach and shaped by what we learned in Copenhagen, we mainly focus on light roasts. Our goal is to let every coffee speak for itself: clean, transparent and full of character, with no darkness, harsh bitterness or unnecessary heaviness.

We roast on a Loring, one of the most advanced roasting systems in the world, and the only one currently used in Slovakia. It gives us the precision and consistency to bring out the best in every coffee, batch after batch.

These coffees carry the same spirit as our spaces: welcoming, curious, thoughtfully sourced and just a little bit rebellious.
